Having showcased ‘Birthday Suit’, a showstopping art piece by Joseph Klibanksy, which later auctioned for a staggering 800,000 Euro, GAL remains a trendsetter in the ever-evolving art scene, and a leader in Dubai’s upscale dining landscape. GAL has since introduced ‘Wings of Joy’ an art piece made with over 30,000 toys celebrating the magic of childhood and fun-loving nostalgia that is carried with us to adulthood, created by Lebanese Artist Rachel K.

The eatery continues to grow its art space with the addition of international Thai artist Puritat Deangharm who creates striking large-scale works of portraiture art. The portraits he paints are often female and whether faced directly out to the viewer or in profile, there appears to be a strong, determined edge to them. In partnership with Gallery 27 – one of Dubai’s leading art dealers, GAL is excited to introduce this intriguing, monumental contemporary portraiture work that has a distinct urban, pulp-fiction edge.
