It all started 30 years ago here in Sri Lanka with Jetwing Hotels.

A story of Sri Lankan flavours embedded with our unique culture and local identity.

Barley risotto with beef cheek

Always try to bring your uniqueness to the dish you are preparing. Have the dedication and willingness to endure and push through the hard work for the path you chose until you make it to the top.
