His journey began with a focus on Food & Beverage, where he mastered the intricacies of kitchen management, restaurant operations, and bar services. Through his determination and skill, he swiftly ascended through prestigious establishments in Rome, Venice, and Naples, amassing invaluable experience along the way.
Seeking to broaden his horizons, Paolo ventured to international hubs such as London and Paris, enriching his expertise with renowned hotel chains like Intercontinental and Hilton. Through rigorous training and hands-on experience, he honed his skills across all aspects of hotel management, from finance and administration to Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.
A Trailblazer Redefining Hospitality
In the mid-90s, his career took a defining turn as he assumed pivotal roles with ITT Sheraton and Starwood. His mastery of Yield & Revenue Management earned him recognition as the top Revenue Manager in Europe in 1997. Continuing his journey, he served as Front Office Manager at Des Bains Hotel in Venice and Residence Manager at the iconic Gritti Palace.
A Legacy of Distinction at Sina Centurion Palace
Paolo’s greatest achievement came with his appointment as General Manager of Boutique Hotel Palazzo Sant’Angelo. Under his visionary leadership, Palazzo Sant’Angelo soared to new heights, earning acclaim as the premier Boutique Hotel in Europe and securing membership in Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Transitioning to the role of Area General Manager of Sina Hotels Venice, Paolo oversaw operations and Sales & Marketing for both Palazzo Sant’Angelo and the esteemed Sina Centurion Palace. His relentless pursuit of excellence was instrumental in Sina Centurion Palace’s receipt of prestigious accolades, including the coveted Condé Nast Johansens Award in 2018.
