An immersion into the avant-garde oriental age of Osaka’s glamorous 1920s, Mimi Kakushi is now open at the Four Seasons Jumeirah Restaurant Village. The new restaurant promises to fuse the flavours of the East with the rhythms of the West, presenting a menu of playful Japanese cuisine against the backdrop of sultry leathers, an inviting open kitchen and a cool jazz soundtrack.
On the menu, innovative twists transform well-known Japanese favourites, with perfectly presented plates of sashimi and sushi, sizzling tempuras and colourful gyozas. Signature dishes include a Kagoshima Wagyu beef and oven-baked black cod, paired with an artfully crafted mixed drinks menu and eclectic dessert selection.
